There was still garbage from previous visitor in my room. This in the refrigerator. Tv didn’t really work and the wrong kind of room the bed was not what I requested but better than most

... I booked queen bed studio on 8th, my stay was from 20th.. i don't know what happened..when i checked in, the clerk said, unfortunately sold out.. i had to stay at disability room for 6 days. For me it was uncomfortable stay.. the clerk never apologized, otherwise, they told me you have to be at hotel in the morning if you want to change the room.how i could do it? My stay was for business.just manager Shavon apologized, she made me feel better.. she is a great for the position
