Good for families Staff very helpful with directions to nearby dining establishments and very accomondating to late check in.

Good place for the price The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm. The carpet could have used a good cleaning.

I love the rooms. it was like i was staying in a little apartment. the only thing i had issues with is the amount of dog hair on the furniture and the dust. i am very allergic to dog hair so it would have been nice if that was cleaned before new guest arrived. other than that i really liked the hotel and I am looking to stay there every time I visit Michigan

Nice hotel, use if only staying a week or longer The staff were friendly and helpful. The holel was clean and comfortable. We thought it would be an excellent way to cut costs for meals, but we soon realized that so many items that one takes for granted were needed to supplement the cooking. We would have been better off staying at another hotel. I only state the above so that others do not make the same mistake. If you plan on staying in one place for a week or more I would not reccomment.

Good value as long as you are not a tea drinker! The room and the carpet was clean as was the hallway, the reception area and the elevator, although it took for ever to get it. Toilet seat had streak marks from previous clean up as did the counter tops. You have to be gentle with the bar soap, or else it will fragment! TV was small and the sound level bar was absent. Tea was simply not available! You have to ask for another set of coffee and whitener if you want to drink more than two cups and you'd be better off getting it ... read more

it was alright. I did not take a picture. I ask for a non smoking room but people did smoke in the room. all my clothes smell cigarette. house keeping did not clean every day. when you walked in the hotel the door is lock you must wait a while until someone hear you before they can let you in.and the hotel walls need paintings there are a lots of stain in the bathroom and all over the wall the toilet sit. so it made me feel not wanting to sit in the toilet. and the bath towels has stain on them as well.

overall an inexpensive clean friendly facility Friendly staff, great location (lots of shops, restaurants, conveniences around), clean cheap rooms, lots of parking, safe, and just off interstate. Would use again in future visits. Its not Hilton, but definitely competition for Americinn, comfort inn, and hotels like those.

Shoppers heaven I stayed in the middle of retail heaven (although I'm not a shopper!) The hotel was very reasonable for the price. It was clean and quiet. My only complaint would be that the bed was rather hard. But it was right next door to Carraba's--one of my favorite restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.
