Per-Friendly which Permits Cats On arrival, waited almost 5 minutes to come to the front desk. I very rarely saw anyone at that desk to address any issues. There was an item on the bill that I did not understand, and front desk clerk would not provide me with a copy so that I could call about it. Not the greatest, but not the worse! There are some unhappy people working at this establishment. They really don't take it out on you, but their demeanor is awful. Also the carpet needs to be pulled on every for and changed. Our fridge leaked something awful. And we had a non smoking room, which smelled like non smoking, but the bathroom, geesh! Would stay again! Great shopping location, staff was helpful, room spacious and bed was perfect. Very clean and having laundry facility in hotel enabled us to leave with clean clothes for the rest of our trip.

Great for what I needed I had a good stay. The staff took care of any issues I ran into and we're even willing to move me from room to room when a small issue arose.

I wished it was better The room we were assigned first was very dirty, it smelled of onions. I did not want to even sit on the bed. I asked to be moved to another room. The receptionist was accommodating but the initial room experience of the first room was very disturbing and had us quite shook.
