disappointed! I booked through hotels.com (for the first time). We were supposed to have a King size bed but we ended up with a full. The lady at the desk said they didn't have any kings available. The beds were HARD AS A ROCK too. I probably wouldn't go back!
Great Place To Stay We stayed 4 nights while in town for a tournament. The in-room kitchen was great and very useful, just need to tell them what items you want stocked in the kitchen and you have them. Grab n go breakfast is just that, packaged items and fruit, plus coffee, ready to take and go. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Surrounding area was very nice, parking lot well lit, felt very safe and secure. Every store and restaurant imaginable within a few blocks. a good stay Good - surrounded by busy hotels, restaurants, shopping, etc. with lots to do, or go inside and hang out in the room. Not so good - no ice machines so hope your freezer has full ice trays (mine did not), breakfast is almost nothing so they call it a "grab" breakfast. No internal restaurant or bar, but short walks to other choices in nice weather.
Night audit seemed upset to be working front desk while folding linen at 1130pm. Very dry attitude and mean woman! Rolled her eyes while she spoke and did not greet me correctly. I've been in hospitality for 8 years now and that's not a sign of customer service
nice hotel close to family staff friendly general repair of building not that great-carpets old throughout so seemed odd to bill so much additional to have small dog
Convient Everything is close by and in walking distance. Absolutely loved my stay
close to ikea Our stay was fine It is not a 5star hotel,but it was very clean and comfortable . It was a good value
