Hotel room was fine; however I was charged three times - once through Hotels.com and twice by the hotel. SO that part sucks trying to figure out what is going on, after the fact

Friendly staff and clean rooms I thought the room I stayed in was better then I excepted. It was clean, had no bugs and didn't smell. The staff was friendly and willing to assist.
A little loud The updated room was very nice. Two complaints, the room was not ready at 4:30pm when we arrived, and it sounded like there was a bowling team practicing on the third floor at 7:00am. Overall nice, but I think the walls, floor, and ceiling are pretty thin, a bit noisy.
Exceeded my expectation I have no complaints. This was a no thrills hotel by design and the room looked like it came out of the 1960's. I didn't want a room for $100+. I gave high marks because the staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also kept very clean. I paid for a low cost room and got the service you would expect from a far more expensive hotel.

Ok but never again Rooms were clean, wifi is slow they want you to pay for the good stuff, if you're on the first floor expect to hear your neighbors above you. Every room has a full kitchen, I didn't use because I wasn't staying that long just overnight. Have to use a key card to even get into the vending area and forget about it after that neither machines takes the money. My toilet leaked but only when The upstairs neighbor flushed...weird I know.

Not reccomendable Internet was very slow. Intercom was not working even after so many requests nothing done. Breakfast was just a formality. No water or juices. No bread or butter. Overall experience was bad
