Nice room, bad service. The hotel was in a nice area, not far from Detroit and Ann Arbor, the room was clean and overall in good condition. However I booked a room for 2 double beds and was given 1 queen, which isn't very comfortable for 4 men. The hotel was booked and had no other rooms available and didn't give us a discount for the inconvenience.

Horrible When we arrived the lady at the desk was not the nicest. When we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes and bad body odor. We had to sleep with the windows open to get rid of the smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid - Not a clean place My room had a stench of smoke that was unbearable. The manager agreed to spray and never did. There were no other rooms in the hotel nor the area due to Parents w/e @ U of Michigan. The manager was arrogant and rude when trying to resolve the smell. No towels unless we searched. Not a pleasant place

Not clean and very bad service My room smelled very bad and I was not able to stand in there. When I contacted help-desk she said she cannot do anything. Very bad experience.

NOT HAPPY We checked in and they DID NOT have the room that I booked. We booked 2 double beds and they gave us a King, which is not what we needed, then they told us that they didn't have any double beds available. We stayed here Friday night and checked out Sunday morning and no one ever cleaned our room or gave us clean towels. They only had one extremely small bar of facial soap about the size of a .50 piece in the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner, and no lotion.

Won't be back Not impressed. No hairdryer. No phone. No one ever at the front desk! Internet access code not legible on the paper we were given. Called the front desk multiple times (thank God for cell phones since there wasn't a phone in the room) about the code, but no one ever answered. No refresh service unless you stay over 7 days. Towels are provided at the front desk. Only no one was around when I went to get them! Beds are hard and sound like you're rolling around on rubber. Won't stay here again. Nice Employees - Rundown Accommodations Hotel employees were very nice, but the hotel was very rundown. The carpet the halls and rooms were badly stained. The walls were also dirty and banged up. This hotel definitely needs updating.

Would not recommend. Cleanliness was not what I expected. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.
