The hotel room smelled like sewer water after using the sink. I had to move floors unfortunately due to rooms on the 2nd floor smoking marijuana.

Said there were no towels i paid for a 4 night stay never got new towels asked 4 times.

A tacky little s... hole The upside, staff were polite and professional. The check in process was long and burdensome, the room smelled of freshly smoked dope complemented by a roach in the toilet. The wifi was so brutally slow that I gave up even trying to get emails. I knew it was a low-end highway "hotel" when i booked but this place organized around making my stay uncomfortable. No glasses in room, need to go to front desk for any and everything that is standard in similar category of accommodation. this was a total fail... read more

Horrible staff Staff was extremely rude. Waited a good 20 minutes to check out and no one came to the counter. After leaving I got a phone call saying my payment was declined and asked me to go online and fill out some paperwork. I told them to run my info again because it shouldn’t be declined and the lady stated Id have to fill out a form.

The lady at looby give wrong key for the room when I checked in and when went to room was some people inside sleep and the screaming on me I say sorry to them and I told them they give this room and when I went back to the lobby I ask the lady are you serious give room someone in it she told me don’t talk to me like this or I’m going to call the police very bad hotel and very bad service and not respectful
