The property was nothing like it showed on the web site. We had no wash cloths and the floor was filthy, the table in our room was about to fall apart. I went to the front desk to ask for wash cloths and the young lady said the linen has not come in yet, as I was walking back to my room I walked past the cleaning cart and there was about 30 wash cloths on it. Very disappointed. Holiday Express is much better.

Dirty hotel Gave our room away and didn't apologize.

Did not clean up mess in hall and stairway Unfriendly at check in

Dirty room, used sheets on bed, giant yellow/brown stain on one of the pillowcases. Trash WiFi 1.7 down 0.7 up with option to pay for an up to 2.5x faster WiFi connection. You do the math on that hi speed net. Original 1080p tv from whatever year they came out. Channels were blurry or distorted like 80s tv. Door didn’t lock/latch without slamming it. Windows were open and unlocked on a ground floor room. The room was 55 bucks. I guess that’s what 55 bucks gets these days.

Not happy with the experience We had waited 25 minutes along with another women to be attended too , to find a group of employees outside talking. Once given the keys we came to find the room we entered was very recently used and the door was ajar, a bar of soap open and towel used along with a white powdery substance on the table. We asked for a new room. In the next room we entered, the only issue was with the bed. As it rolled , it was able to reveal a lot of dirt and crumbs and garbage underneath

The receptionist was very rude. She was smoking outside in front of the main door, which clearly you are not supposed to leave your desk and be outside smoking in the non smoking area if you work there. In addition, she made sure to call me fat and told others I am pregnant, which is not true! I will never stay at a druggie place like this again even if it was only for a few hours.

My room smelled like urine and I didn’t get a key when I checked in I had to wait a whole day before I was able to get one. I had to be let in my room because the hotel ran out of keys

I didn't stay they gave my room to someone else, even though I booked it 4 days prior and received a confirmation and itinerary.
