Garbadge Horrible beds are like a cardboard box spring didn't get a minute of sleep in this piece of trash place worst stay I've ever had!

Don't waste your money. The heater didn't work and blew cold air out all night. Very cheap thin bed linens even with getting 2 more blankets. Didn't have to basics in the room, not even a coffee pot with coffee for the morning. 1 vending machine for the whole hotel... first floor in the laundry room. No ATM . Grab-N-Go breakfast was a muffin and granola bar. This place was not worth any price!!

Locked out 30 minutes- could not check in Night staff abandoned hotel for at least 30 minutes. My wife and I arrived to check in at 1 AM and -20° F, with a reservation, and were locked out of hotel for at least 30 minutes. Central reservations tried to help by calling hotel, night manager and someone else with no success. Last call from outside phone, before looking for another hotel, was answered. Biggest nightmare ever I am a hotel manager and this was the worst experience i have ever had in 35 years.
Don't stay here! This hotel was horrible! The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were DIRTY! Small bugs on bed- ugh! I asked for another room and while I was at the front desk another guest called and asked if they had information on an escort service- WTH?? I ended up staying somewhere else.
Never again The staff was very unprofessional when we check in at night the clerk looked as if she just woke up and came to tell her and was rushing through all the paperwork did not greet or say hi or anything and there was spider webs in the bathroom with spiders in it so they had not cleaning the room properly also we stayed there three nights and they did not clean a ring once the secondly the cleaning lady was next door and we asked her to clean her room and she didn't overall we would never stay there again.
