Nothing special Hotel did not have a nice machine. Our room was not cleaned after our first night-we stayed two nights. No new towels were given to us either. Bed was hard and they had feather pillows and no other types of pillows. Will not be staying there again.

I would never stay at this location again The bathroom still had hair on the counter,tub and toilet was not cleaned. The carpet was very worn and it smelled like cigarette smoke even though they converted it to s nonsmoking facility.

Room rate did not match the quality expected. Room was rather dirty and not clean to expectations for the rate charged and type of hotel it was...long term stay. Also, the write up said the hotel had breakfast...it only had coffee and breakfast bars/apples. Not much of a breakfast considering what was "sold" on the website.

Not as Expected Very poor experience. Grab-and-go breakfast had almost nothing that was appetizing. Plumbing in room was very noisy; heater/air conditioner did not respond. Overall condition of hotel was very shopworn. Luggage carts should have been replaced years ago. The staff were helpful and the room seemed clean--the only redeeming characteristics. One of the poorest hotels I've stayed in.

NOT AS ADVERTISED Hotels.com says that this hotel has a bar/lounge and it does not. It also does not have a continental breakfast. No public restroom, unfriendly staff, sub-par cleanliness, NO amenities including (shampoo, shower gel, etc), needs updating. Just really not that nice. Hampton Inn is within walking distance and WAY nicer. Good location, right by the expressway, lots of shopping and restaurants, and a safe area.

Hotel close to my place of work for the day. The room facilities were Ok. One of the burners was missing the electric coil .There was coffee and tea in the room, but no creamer and sugar, which I realized after I made my coffee as soon as I woke up. I was up early and had to check out after breakfast. When I called the front desk, the lady said that I had to come down to pick up sugar and cream, as she was the only person at the desk. Muy sucio Un hotel el cual tiene su mayor virtud la ubicación. Pero pesimo servicio en recepcion y sus politicas de limpieza no son adecuadas.

first and last time booking with expedia Unfortunately this was my first time booking with expedia and it is definitely the last. To start off my nightmare experience i tried to modify my reservation and it was like pulling teeth i talked to at least 3 different people before someone could finally help me. All i needed to do was cancel the first 2 nights for both rooms and it was a hassle. The last employee that was helping me repeated back to me that he was cancelling 2 nights in both rooms and then only cancelled 2 nights ... read more

Bom somente para dormir se estiver de passagem pela cidade. Nada flexíveis com os horários da estadia. Café da manha? Não espere muito! Eh apenas um balcão com café e água, alguns biscoitinhos e uma maçã, sendo que 10h em ponto retiram o café e só fica a água quente. O quarto estava cheirando cigarro e a TV eh bem limitada com canais a cabo.
