Clean but needs updating Staff at checking was not friendly or helpful. Staff at checkout was very friendly. Exterior of the property needs updating. Peeling paint, very unsightly. Interior was clean.

Our room door wouldn’t close properly so we felt a little unsafe
Has potential Check in person on arrival was rude. Has a bad smell when walking into building, in the elevator and again into the room. Bought Lysol spray, glade air freshener solid, and glade spray to try and mask the smell in the room, helped very little. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Check out person very friendly and helpful. Good location. Across from college. Walking distance to mall.

Not really a review for the property, but I guess for Expedia. I was stuck in the Lobby for more than an hour because something from Expedia wasn't working and I wasn't allowed to check-in. I had my 61 year old mother with me who had to sit in the lobby and that at 9PM in the night. Not sure what was wrong, but this was a disappointing experience.
