Front desk wasn’t pleasant. There seemed to be irritation in there tone.

probably won’t book here again. It was okay. There were bugs in my room and the floor was clearly not mopped or swept. There was some slick substance on the hardwood floor causing us to slip and fall multiple times. Overall it got the job done (having a place to stay) but I wasn’t the most comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was when they locked the doors after 11 and when you tried to call in, the phone would ring but no one would answer. I had to bang on the door a few times to get back to my room.

It was a little frustrating checking in...but it was rectified. Mrs Lanessa always makes the ending of my trip better. She’s a great asset to the company

I’d Do It Again ! It Was A Fun Stay For Me And My Family, And It Was Convenient Because We Where By The Mall So We Got To Explore Around

Great Job during Pandemic Front counter was friendly and attentive. Other than the late night issue with a guest down the hall, my trip was well needed. The fridge didn’t get as cold as I expected, but that’s why they make freezers to make up for it. I’ll be back in two weeks for a week... Thank you for your hospitality:) during this pandemic. Great Job

I'd go back tho... Check in was easy, no waiting & staff was friendly. But the curtain rod in the room was loose & unstable. The maintenance man came right away. It was a little noisy at night & heavy foot traffic during the day. Bed was very comfy & room clean.
