I am not impressed with your process. No way of direct contact if there is a change or problem. Not what we saw online, the property team and management had Exceptional guest service!! Mia and Cherise are Phenomenal assets to Extended Stay. They were accommodating, kind, cheerful and were exemplary in Customer Service ensuring our stay was comfortable.
