OK night This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and is a bit of mixed experience. Check in was quick & easy and the room was clean, quiet and the recliner was very comfortable. We weren't tripping over each other! However, having stayed at several extended stay hotels this was a very "Bare bones" experience. The bed as HARD as were the pillows and the top sheet and comforter only came about 2/3rd up the mattress and found my feet hanging over the foot of the bed in order to keep my shoulders covered (I am 5ft). Overall a pleasant experience. I was looking for a quick, inexpensive, and easy place so this didn't disappoint. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and always with a big smile on their faces. The iron could have used a little bit of a cleaning, but that could have just been from the prior person who used it.

The staff and ESA Dearborn was very friendly and accommodating. They were honest in that they acknowledged that they didn't know the info but they made sure to ask their manager and have the info passed to the next employee who would be working the next shift so that the answer could be passed on to us!
