Hits & misses but mostly misses One of the reasons I book with Extended Stay is so I can have a kitchen. Great to wake up, make coffee, have my cereal, without leaving my room :) When I checked in, I noticed there was just one spoon, one fork, and no creamer for coffee. No biggie, right? I went to the front desk and requested creamer. The clerk said she would work on it and get me some. Next day I asked another clerk. The Young lady was awesome... best part of the visit. It was ok. Best thing about the visit was the girl working the desk. She was awesome!!

Extended Stay The hotel was satisfactory. But not what i was led to expect. I googled the internet for a room with a recliner. One of the Extended Stay hotels was said to have recliners. So I called the one in Dearborn and they said there was a recliner in every room. When I got there I found none of the rooms had recliners. This was disappointing because i have back pain and like to spend half the night sleeping in the recliner. Extended Stay is set up to clean your room once a week, only if you stay for a week. If you're only there for a day or two clean and very minimal. Definitely have to bring toiletries or buy some, they don't provide you with shampoo and conditioner, only soap. If you need that, you have to pay for it at the vending machine downstairs. Very close to the mall, right across the street.

Bare bones Site listed Use of nearby fitness center (complimentary) but this was not the case. False advertising!

NIGHT MANAGER WAS NOT NICE My girlfriend and i wanted to change our room since it shared a common wall with co-workers, we didnt need to be that close close to them if you catch my drift....checked in late, asked the night manager SHAY to change my room, no deal and plenty of rude attitude. I pointed out that there are 4 floors and the parking lot is almost empty, so there must be some rooms, please change our room. no deal and even more attitude.
