This is a nonsmoking property, yet I was hit by a cloud of smoke when I opened the door to my room. The door also had something spilled all over it and there was toilet paper lying throughout the hallway. I immediately requested a different room. The staff was nice and granted my request. However, the second I was given had a broken window that did not close while it was 20 degrees outside. I cranked the heat and tried to bare with it. Smelled like pot. Need to be updated, light fell from ceiling. Water doesn’t drain in tub. Internet doesn’t work.

Horrible The room was dirty hair on the bathroom sink food crumbs in thw bed like they didnt change the sheets i was too mad and it was too late in the night i was tired and I will never stay there again

Had to clean before going in- eyelash on the counter and we had already moved rooms once before. This place was not sanitary.

Out dated...rooms have a funky scent, not dusted...you get what you pay for...cheaply maintained

I’m aware that my resources were less than stellar. But I did expect a basic modicum of cleanliness. At $102 I should not have had to suffer the hell I experienced. Extended Stay America is a fairly reputable hotel chain. I had the option of 3 rooms which were all unsatisfactory. They all contained vermin droppings, which was indicative of a pest problem. Horrible When I got to my room there was a nest of ants on the counter, I had a kind size room. Went to the desk to let them know , they told me that was all they had, but then they found a queen size and charged me the same price as the king, being that it was Valentines weekend everything was booked up or I would have left. The manager said she could give me 10 dollars back but it was really nothing she could do because I booked through a third party. Yeah like I believe that you can take my money though.
