I had a room with no door knob to the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken

My stay was not so good I booked a room with double beds and was giving a room with 1 king bed and a recliner that didn't work. I was still charged the same rate. They were no amenities such as breakfast, ice machine,ect. The place smelled horrible from cigarette smoke to Marijuana smoke and drunks hanging outside i definitely didn't feel safe for myself or my family

If you want a grungy place this is it. Needs serious updating. Not clean and smelled of weed. When we checked in, we were given a room that was already being occupied and walked in to see all their belongings. Luckily that guest wasnt there or it would have been terribly awkward. I was always scared of returning and our things being gone.

The hall way smelled really bad and dirty we swwn blood on the floor for 2 days. Room coukdve been cleaned better but was not horrible the cleaning staff has to pay attention to the smaller details not just simple cleaning.

Stained, filthy carpet...Burned out lightbulbs...No hangers...Sickening smell...Window broke open...Bathroom fan's annoying sound.. Only one trash can...No coffee maker/coffee packets...Crappy breskfast...Inattentive staff...Unwelcoming entrance...Dirty refrigerator...We would rather pitch a tent next to a crocodile infested swamp than stay in this hideous hotel again.

The shelves in the closet in the room were broken. Ring of black under the sink lid. Looking in the mirror you could see it being all black in the bathroom sink under the front lip.
