Sloppy At Best Not impressed with a facility who starts by copying a guest's drivers license, which is illegal. As to the hotel itself, this was the first Extended Stay we'd tried, don't think we'll return. The bed was made rather messy, pillows hard, visible debris on carpet, room was so hot when we arrived we had to leave for an hour for it to cool down, and substandard sized bath towels were not impressive.
The fact that there breakfast was just breakfast bars was a joke and the fact that I asked for new sheets on the bed they told me I'd have to stay eight nights straight for them to change the sheets or they could do it for 10 dollars plus tax which is absolutely ridiculous for the amount I spent for the two nights we stayed I couldn't get clean sheets!! Never again
Ba When I booked it they gave me one price but when I got there it was a whole different price so I had to take one night off
The hearer fan was very noisy and I've heard the next room noise too.
Not honest. No one told me or the website description that there is no room cleaning unless the stay are more then a week.
Don't do it! The staff was nice but the hotel wasn't clean at all. Overall odor, stained carpets. First time I wore shoes the whole time I was in the room. Kitchens come with NO utensils or hot drink stations. You need to go to the lobby to get a box of dishes for even a tea cup!
Not Happy at all Room are not cleaned on a regular basis and are infested with bugs.
Too noisy The hotel wasn't terrible. However, the noise level within the building was unacceptable. Apparently there were young children above our room and they ran and jumped non-stop from 6 am to after 11 pm. Calling the desk helped temporarily.
Very disappointing Very disappointing. Room smelled and was far from clean.
