Luggage cart with a flat and more. There was only 1 luggage cart and it had 2 flat tires. My husband is blind and had just had shoulder surgery and neither the exterior door or the door into the lobby had a handicapped door switch. Also, there were supposed to be muffins and oatmeal in the morning but there never was. In addition, there were several road crews staying there and they would fill up their huge cups with coffe and once the coffe was empty the front desk staff wouldn’t make any more.

Never Again staying at extended stay Stayed at extended stay this past weekend. It was a run down place. The room was dirty, broken drawers and some kind of a smell in the hallway and rooms. NEVER STAYING in extended stay again. Upon complaining they did change our room the next day ( not thqt the other room was any better) and offered a free night voucher.The front desk was ok service with me but the rest of my family says they had a bad experience with them.

gave me a dirty uncleaned room so I had to get another one. Rude afternoon manager

Stay away Got bit by something, rude check in, dirty shower and toilet, noisy people.

There were no room services; the hotel did not provide new towels, soap or shampoo for the second day that I was there. The front desk clerk was not friendly and the irons in the facility did not work. For breakfast, they give you coffee, tea, granola bars, and some stale muffins. will not recommend this hotel.

We were very unimpressed with the checkin process and the facility in general. The receptionist did not see we had already paid. The room was very dated and did not appear overly clean. We were charged with a kitchenette that did not have anything in the cupboards or drawers. There was not a coffee maker or even a single glass or cup in the unit. Overly priced and we would not recommend this to any of our friends.

Staff need customer service training urgently. The facility is Ok. We were not allow to check-in at 2 pm or to use toilet before 3 pm.
