Bad maintanance It is terrible experience staying in that hotel. No phone working. Even after reporting they did not fix it. Elevator does not work. Room is not clean and room heater was filled with dust.

Ho hum The mattress was hard, the pillows were hard, and the towels were wcratchy. The tv was small, the furniture minimal, and the hallways didn't smell very good.

Unwelcoming Stay! Me and my fiancee stayed at his hotel on Christmas night as we were in town to visit relatives. My financee and I stayed at another Extended Stay Hotels in past in other states so he wanted to stay at this one. This Extended Stay appeared unwelcoming all around-unwelcoming staff, hall way smelled horrible like rotten fish, room was freezing, bed was hard like sleeping on a floor, there were no amenities in the room, including paper towel and Kleenix, & the room did not smell clean. It was OKAY the hotel was okay, the only thing is that the room had a slight odor.

NOT CLEAN The receptionist checked the room after I had checked in to the hotel. When I arrived in the room, I noticed the toilet was not clean, no towels in the bathroom, and the blanket on the bed had a cigarette hole. Would not recommend this hotel.

Extended stay Hotel - Dearborn I guess for the price it was OK but not what I expected. If you did not bring shampoo you have to buy it in the vending machine for $2. Large stain in the rug in our room. Overall, kind of dirty. On the plus side the room was fairly large with a kitchen, including a toaster, microwave and fridge. I was double charged for my room and it took me 4 phone calls back to the hotel to get the charges reversed. If you book with hotels.com be sure they know this or they will charge you again. The rooms smelled of cat urine/mold/wet floors, there were scantly supplied. We were extremely disappointed with our 1st room we were assigned, they gave us another room and then we headed out to the wedding for the night, when we returned late to the hotel, our room had been changed again, they told us we were assigned by the front deks incorrectly to a room that was not available for rental.
