it was OK some of the staff were mean
Not so nice It was cheaper than ither gotels in the area, but you get what you pay for. Ceilings and walls are thin- i could hear the dreaser drawers opening and closing in the room above me. Room was cold - heat off when i walked in and took hour to warm up.
Do not stay here..... It smells the front desk is a joke. Checking in took a hour. Never staying at a extended stay again..... don't be cheap pay that extra 20 and get a real room.

Person in room next to or below my room smoked. Could smell the cigarettes very strongly at different points of the night.
The elevator was broke and staff was aware of the condition, but failed to fix it.
Dirty room & nobody listens to your complains. Very bad experience. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There was hair on the bed sheets. Towels were disgusting; had yellow stains; so I had to go to Macys & purchase a bath towel. Dust was everywhere in the room. Refrigerator wasn't working. Bathroom fan was so loud. I told the woman at the reception & she said that they'll fic everything the next day. The next day I go out around noon and come back in the evening, but nothing was fixed or even touched. Not professional and dirty I chose this hotel because it was a great location. It was very dirty, noisy and a few staff were very unprofessional; ie hanging out loitering with guest smoking in front of the entrance while guest drank alcohol in front as well. It was noisy all night, beeping noises from maintenance closet, floors very thin and people walking heavily all night. I advised and requested a room change and they had excuses why I couldn't.
