No room cleaning all day while I was gone

Hands down the worst hotel “stay” I’ve ever had. Front Desk Agent has nothing to do with this review they were great. The hotel reeks of smoke and was loud. There were chicken bones in the hallway and on the fire extinguisher. The room had mouse poop on the floor. The furniture looked like it had been gnawed all over. There was a cigar wrapper under the bed along with mystery stains on the sheets. When we turned on the ac unit, it instantly filled the room with a horrible smoke smell that was nauseating. There are crack heads everywhere the staff did not care

Concierge was high on weed and wouldn’t check us in because he was too high and knocked out. This is not a family friendly hotel and is very dirty at the entrance. We had check into another hotel because of how high the concierge was.

Property smelt smoky or stell asked staff about smoking in the building said not allowed only outside but found burn hole in sheets hair on the pillow would never stay in extended stay again .
