Didn’t stay here because the elevator wasn’t working. Room on the 3rd floor, and the staff wasn’t sure when it would be working. I would’ve had to make several trips into the room with luggage for me and my guests wasn’t physically capable of doing 3 flights of stairs.

Did not stay at the hotel but was still charged. Had to cancel for personal reasons. And I cancel an hour before check-in and it said free cancelation. I will never use this method again.

Think before Reserve That's the thing. I didn't stay at all. Checked in and 5-10 minutes I tried to check out but was told I couldn't so I left. I wouldn't accept this hotel if it was the only one by the Detroit airport

The beds were clean, and that is the only good thing I can say about it. The floors and chairs were stained, and everything was extremely dated.

If I were you, I wouldn’t stay here. We arrived and the property smelled and was very run down. We got to our room and didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the place(the white bedding was stained) We stayed for the weekend and our first night we woke up to no power, and they don’t have backup generators. We couldn’t use our basic amenities like the fridge, microwave, hair tools to get ready, or the “complimentary breakfast”(which is only oatmeal and coffee).
