We arrived at 11 pm after having confirmed our stay (and paid in advance) only to find out they didn't have our room anymore. We were told we could call Expedia or go to another hotel. After talking they found a 1 double bed room for our family of 3. It was late so we just took it. The place reeked of pot (not just our room, but the elevator, hallways). The floors were sticky in our room, bathroom didn't flush, and the elevator was dirty. Excellent location but a very badly managed hotel. Will never stay there again.

This place is unsafe with the type of people living there. I called twice to complain and tell them how unsafe I was. The Expedia staff took the information, said they would refund my money after verifying the amount then the both hung up and the call disconnected. Neither called back to complete the refund.

My experience was very bad we left we didn’t even stay the night can some one please help get a refund i even purchased with protection for this reason the place was not okay can someone please help me and refund me

Smell smoking everywhere in hallways and needs some update TV and in room kitchen counter

I can not believe this hotel is still in business, it’s nasty and smells disgusting in the building… looks ran down and smells disgusting the carpet needs to be pulled up in every room!

Find somewhere else to stay. The rooms (I was moved to three different ones) and the hotel itself were lacking cleanliness all around. The tops of the stoves and refrigerators were all filthy. The door to my first room had a claw mark on the outside of the door not appealing to two females traveling alone. The first room the stove light was on when we entered the room. It stayed on for nearly two hours. I didn't want there to be a carbon monoxide leak in the room. The TV also did not get a signal in the first room. Then ther... read more
