Staffs are friendly, but hotel stinks They dont have hair dryer at every room. You have to wait until other returned it. Hall way smell bad. Should put refresher around every corner. Staffs are very friendly.

Non-Extended Stay America. Will never stay here. I would love to tell you about my stay but I wasn't able to stay nor the customers that I booked the rooms for. The clerk at the front desk was too pre-occupied by doing her own laundry overnight than to clean the rooms that claimed she had but wouldn't accomodate us because they were dirty. I almost volunteered to come over to clean the rooms because I needed them, but her funky attitude prevented me from doing so.

Critical review The hotel is poorly managed, all of their equipments are old, Internet service is extremely slow and the facility needs improvement.

Needs a new Cleaning staff and a major renovation! Waited 10 minutes for someone to appear at front desk for check-in. Got to room and there were no pillowcases on one of the beds. The bathroom still had someone else's hair in the bathtub and on floor. There were stains all over the carpets in the room and in the halls. Glad it was just a 6 hr stay, would not have stayed had it been longer.

Left early The room stunk. The carpets were old . The appearance of the room would suggest that the owner of the hotel knows it is a dump and does not want to repair any of its flaws. I was so disgusted I could not sleep and therefore left at 4 am to drive home when I was planning a much needed rest and getting up at 9am. I am very upset that this room cost $80 . I would not spend another night there for free .

Good enough for 1 night I was forced to stay at Extended stay due to a snow storm. My flight landed at the Detroit Airport and this was the only place that still had rooms and was close to the airport. There was no shuttle from the airport even though the reservation line still claims that there is. The breakfast options are paltry and consist of coffee, fruits, granola bars, and muffins. There are no hot food options. The sheets and blankets had little stains and small pieces of hair that I could see. The bathroom was clean... read more

Seen Its Better Days It's what was left when the major hotels were filled after weather caused folks like us to miss our airline (blah - Delta) connections and stay an unexpected night in Detroit. Nighttime desk person was very nice -- much better than the person in the morning, who was rude to my family.
