Horrible Bed The bed was not comfortable at all. My seven yr old son and I tossed and turned all night. I woke up with a back ache. The worst hotel bed I've ever slept in.

I left the hotel because it was nasty I have never been 2A Hotel that you have to bring down your own dirty towels just to get clean ones. You get no room service if you stay less than 7 days. I walked into the room it was nasty the refrigerator they had in there was full of grease and dirt on the front of it. This place should be torn down just awful

Advertised shuttle service, but no shuttle was offered on Sunday evening when I needed to be picked up from the airport after a missed connecting flight. Breakfast was advertised, but there were only granola bars offered, which is misleading. Facilities were run-down and did not appear clean. Noise level of hotel guests was unacceptable. Smelled of smoke.

Had serious issue checking in due to a problem with Orbitz (I think). I booked and paid in advance for room, yet it showed up that I booked thru Expedia and not pre-paid. Took several calls with Orbitz to straighten this out with hotel. I finally found out in morning that it had been fixed. No one called night before to convey we were good. Won’t stay here again and am questioning using Orbitz again as well...

Our stay was very very unpleasant the room was small and we was told the beds was king sizes and they were full sizes there's was bugs in the window. I'll never stay at your location again.
