I had a handicap room; however , handicap friendly it was not. Hotel entrance very difficult to open since auto doors not available; elevator buttons blocked; room door very difficult to open and it had to be held open with effort to enter; bathroom sink cabinet small and tub was normal size making it hard to clear tub sides while trying to step in and more difficult to exit tub. Do not feel the state would consider this hotel/motel upon inspection handicap qualified.

Wasn't that great Our room claimed to be smoke free but it definitely didn't smell smoke free. I also chose this hotel because they had a shuttle, when I checked in I asked about the shuttle. He asked me "What time is your flight?" I told him 7:25, he said " Oh, our shuttle driver doesn't come in until 7".

Loud Contractors Contract labor was staying at the hotel and was extremely loud and rude in the early, early morning

Do not STAY! It was the most horrific stay of my entire life! I was charged twice and after I was charged twice I called guest relations. They gave me a free night because of the issue. On my free night the front desk called the room over 5 times telling me I had to check out even though my night was free and threatened to call the police. I got ahold of guest relations to call them just before the police showed and ended up leaving and not even staying my whole stay! Ok It was awkward. They had a kitchen but you had to get utensils from the front desk. They had free breakfast but never told you where or how to get it.

Dilapidated in Detroit This hotel is a lower rate hotel, the breakfast was minimalistic and really a joke. the kitchenette was absent of any cups, dishes or cooking utensils, thus pretty useless. The fridge did keep the beverages cold. :-) Even the luggage carts were in disrepair. In fact the black-out drapes had so many holes, light from the parking lot lighting still flooded the room...
