Not Recommended They over booked, tried to cancel our reservation when we arrived...saying they were out of rooms when we had a paid for & confirmed reservation. Poorly managed property.

Close to the airport is the only positive Room was dirty. Stains on bathroom wall. Stains on refrigerator. Stains on towels. Bedding had not been changed(hair all over pillows). My head is shaved so I can guarantee it didn't belong to me. Overall just gross.

Beware of pet fee! Very disappointed! hallways filthy! didn't notice the 25.00 pet fee until checkinn and floors were unvacuumed and so dirty I would not let my dog sleep there! Ended up being over 100.00 for an uncomfortable night. Deskstaff was nice. "breakfast" was granola bars. This hotel is way past it's prime! Never again!
Need to be remodeled The rooms were very oudated. I reserved a king suite and when I got there they didn't have any left and I was given a Queen sized bed (that was very small). I was told my rate would be cheaper but I got charged for the king suite. I didn't check in until 10 pm and they were still cleaning rooms, they had to check to see if my room was even ready, Which made me leary to how clean it was going to be. Bed bugs My daughter and I were bit my bed bugs over 20 times. The hotel looks clean and the staff were friendly and professional but getting bed bugs bites is ridiculous and disgusting. I would never stay there again.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel Well I'd like to first start off by saying the pictures will definitely fool you. The hallways stunk, the bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There were no eating or drinking utensils in the room. It was just not a very good experience especially for the price
Non-smoking room reeked of smoke! Room reeked of smoke even though the sign inside the room said"welcome to your smoke free room." When we told the desk clerk she said people smoke outside and it comes in the vents. Not this room! Someone had been smoking in it for quite some time!
