Two big problems First they informed me that they weren't going to have an airport shuttle in the morning. This was after they has assured me there would be one when I booked the room. So I said OK, went to the room to try to schedule a cab for 4:00 AM, but when I got to the room it smelled like smoke and stale food! That was it. Looked on a map online...found there was a La Quinta within walking distance. Got a refund and I was gone to never come back! Refrigerator didn't work and I reported it to the front desk and they never came to service it.
BAD room. smell and noizy My booking was non smoking room but room was full of smoking smell.. Shuttle Bus buzzer sounds was very noisy even it was midnight. I could not get good sleep.
It's was the worst stay I've had this year ! Will not go back to that hotel again
Not very good. They advertise 24 hour airport service and its not. I got in on a sunday night. I called to be picked up and was told to figure it out. I asked why no service, the desk replied, "you booked through expedia we have no idea what those guys put out there." I would stay away.
Stay away, mosquito infestation bordering wetlands This was a horrible stay. The motel is under construction and the pictures posted online must be of what it will look like when completed. My room was very old and dated and had a faint smell of old cigarette smoke even though it was advertised as non smoking. The worst part though was the mosquitos. Limited shuttle hours during the week & No shuttle service on the weekend the front desk agent knew I was in the way & set the night audit it was 1a I was tired with delayed flights & had to wait for the system to reset before I was issued a room very frustrating when you're tired & I had to be up at 6a for my departing flight I wil not be returning
Airport hotel Kitchen sink leaked, no shower liner, bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Sheets and blanket was rough and itchy
