The floor and elevator smells very bad. Seems not cleaned.

You get what you pay for. In an area of expensive hotel rooms, this was a good value option. The rooms were older and could use an upgrade. The chairs need to be re upholstered, etc. There was ample parking and the area felt safe for a male. It was a good basic option.
