The staff when we checked in was great other staff ok. The only elevator wasnt working the whole time. We were on the 4th floor. Most extended stays provide some utensils this one did not wish i would have known in the beginning. Check out is at 11, which is fine why was the staff at my door at 930 making sure i was checking out. Overall it wasnt bad

Very basic, clean, lots of things around property for convenience. People were up late and night in hallways

This is a long term hotel. No services to speak of. Not your normal hotel. Didn’t realize when I booked and not really explained well in the site. It was fine.

Smell of food at hallways , Broken doors, staff is not available most of the time

Disappointed! First and foremost upon arrival there was no employees on the premises to help me with check in. I Arrived at the hotel at 10pm. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check me in. There was no type of security. The doors entering the building were not secure. Anyone could walk into the building and go all the way into the housing areas. I have stayed at the Woodsprings at another location and this one was very disappointing compared to the other.
