A Quick Fix Checking in and out process was very easy but desk is only open 7am-11pm and no room service unless requested (used towels had to be brought to main desk to get more). Expected continental breakfast but there was none, although good kitchen appliances were provided in room- stove, microwave, refrigerator for food. Good value for money. On a busy weekend, when other motels in the area had raised their rates, Extended Stay offered their room at the regular price. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchen was an added bonus. The motel was full but there was no noise to bother us. Location is great for shopping.

Extended Stay America Detroit - Roseville Overall decent hotel. Having a fridge and microwave were an added plus. Only problem was being awakened in the middle of the night by a bunch of noisemaking punks in the parking lot. Not really the holel's fault for the noise, but would have liked to see a hotel staff dispurse the punks as soon as they started being disruptive.

dirty and uncomfortable bed and billows When we arrived, we waited for 15 min for someone to come and do check in, there was no one in the front desk, despite that, the people who work there were very nice and she let us do an early check in. The room was fine, the bathroom was clean, but the bed and the billows were in very bad conditions that we had to go and buy sheets and small blankets to cover it.
