As advertised It was a pleasant stay with no issues. The people working here are nice, and they offer assistance when needed with a nice demeanor. The hotel is basic and simple.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor the room was definitely not up to my cleanliness standards unfortunately, the towels were stained and the fitted sheets had some spots on them also. There was hair all thru out the bathroom and because I do understand that all housekeepers aren't equal I just switched rooms.

The people at the desk are very friendly, accommodating. The room however had hair in the bathtub and a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. Every faucet in the room dripped.

Bad decisions Front desk people were professional and pleasant. I stay at Extended Stay America for 2 reasons. The price which is continually rising AND the efficiency kitchen. However your new policy of having to request a coffee pot and bowls, glasses and utensils and carry them to the room yourself leaves everything to be desired. You also quit giving sugar and creamer packets with the coffee. I do not want to get my coffee on the way out the door, I would get Starbucks on the road, nor do I want to come down to the lobby... read more
