pretty good stay overall, especially considering the price. A little trouble with the first room, however staff quickly and efficiently fixed the issue we were dealing with, which I really appreciated

only clean once a week. no bed service you have to order what you want in room. very small.. uncomfortable beds. clean but only okay for a nite or two

Well represented This is typical of the " lower end chains", no coffee in the room, minimal but free breakfast. This property was clean, quiet, and met my needs.

It was a good experience until I seen a bed bug crawling on one of the pillows on the bed. This was shocking seeming that I've stayed here multiple times and never found anything like that until now.
The only complaint I have is that I booked thru you guys and they did not have my reservation or that I was paid in full. I had to show them my booking info from expedia. The staff was great and the hotel was fine. My carpet needed to be cleaned but besides that everything was good. Thanks, Kathy
