Think twice... first room they gave me had a broken window (not the catch, the glass itself), broken down recliner, and a family having a domestic dispute next door. It's a non-smoking facility in theory, but smells of old cigarettes in the hallways, doorways, etc. The carpet by the elevator is in shreds on the 3rd floor. This is now a very sad, depressing place, compared to my last stay just a few years ago, for people down on their luck. There are no amenities at all--zero, zip, zilch. BAD!!! I checked into my hotel room and promptly checked out after finding what appeared to be a cockroach in my bathroom. My boyfriend took it to the front desk, where the young lady, unscathed by what had been found, asked if I was sure I wanted to check out. Very Unhappy overall!

disappointed the hotel in general looked clean, but smelled of old smoke. Didnt have any blowdryers in the rooms, who doesnt have that? but they lent me a blow dryer but had to have it back in 2 hours. No extra pillows and the bed was like sleeping on a picnic table. The main reason i wouldnt recommend this motel is because of the uncomfortable bed. hard as a rock. but the staff was great.

Extended Stay Roseville MI - Unprofessional Unprofessional!! Felt like I was staying in the Ghetto. No respect what so ever for customers. Our fridge was leaking water all over the floor. There was NO housekeeping service. We had to bring our own towels down to the front desk. We asked questions nicely and got nothing but attitude from the lady at the desk. The t.v. did have clearity of the picture. I was given a handicapped room. With no RANGE. This is not the room that I booked online!

DID NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS PRE-PAID FOR PRE-PAID THRU HOTELS.COM FOR KING/SMOKING ROOM; UPON ARRIVAL, IT TOOK THE FRONT DESK GUY 20 MINUTES (LITERALLY) TO DISCOVER THAT OUR ROOM WAS "GONE" - RENTED TO AN EARLIER ARRIVING GUEST, ALTHOUGH WE PRE-PAID FOR THE K/S ROOM; IT TOOK ANOTHER TEN MINUTES, INCLUDING QUESTIONING OUR HOTELS.COM RESERVATION & TELEPHONE CALLS, BEFORE WE WERE OFFERED A TWO QUEEN-SMOKING ROOM - AT THE SAME NOT DISCOUNTED RATE, EVEN THOUGH THAT TYPE OF ROOM WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE K/S. Nasty Hotel The hotel only completes maid service once a week, but I doubt they even do that. My bed sheets were terribly nasty and had hair all over them. The entire 3rd floor smelled terrible, probably because of the community "Trash Room" that you were supposed to put your trash in yourself because of the lack of maid service. If you show up past 11pm there is no front desk service. Overall very dissatisfied with my stay. Would NOT recommend.
