Clean, Quiet Rooms are basic but clean. We had a quiet overnight stay, no airport shuttle but Uber was reasonable to ELP airport.
I’ll be Frank this was not my first choice, but since I arrived late and my office did not book a hotel soon enough, everything else was booked when I arrived late at night. I booked this one because it’s still close to the airport. No shuttle so I had to use Uber. Staff at the front office was friendly and helpful. Room was big, comes with microwave and a good size refrigerator…really nice. Lastly, my complaint was that there were no bottled water provided.

Goood stay The hotel was much better than it 2 star rating: room was very clean and amenable.
Clearly a 2 star hotel The room was generally clean, but we did see a roach in the bathroom. Stayed 2 days and there was no room cleaning at all, nor were the towels replaced. The kitchenette was clean but the pots were in sad shape

Happy but disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful but the service is less desirable as no cleaning service available.
