could be better This is a very noisy hotel. You definitely need your earplugs. You hear every mouse squeak in the hall. Absolutely no sound deadening at all. Someone likes slamming doors every 15 seconds. Also, it could be a little cleaner. Location is great though.

A bit disappointed The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not open when we arrived and we were told it would be a couple hours but ended up being over 3 hours and by then it was about 10:30 pm. The next morning I was told the kids would be able to use the pool but it was 66 degrees. The kids played a little but my 4 year old can't swim and I was not going to swim in 66 degree water when it was 35 below outside and then help at the Iditarod. So-so Friendly staff and clean room. Bed was VERY firm though, too firm for my tastes. It did not have the amenities as advertised.....no utensils, plates or otherwise. Staff was gracious enough to lend me a fork though. All in all, I will not stay there again.

Close to the airport and shopping Not too bad, good parking. Was quiet. Not the newest hotel, but alright, its worth it if you can save a few bucks

Nice enough hotel with a pool This hotel is simply that- a nice enough hotel with a pool. It had a nice kitchenette, but I did find some hairs in the room like other people complained about. I simply wiped down the room when we arrived. The breakfast area is simple, but it's a nice included perk. It is a very affordable lodging option in Fairbanks!

Love this hotel! Top Notch staff! Checking in at this hotel is always a pleasure regardless of if you are early, late or right on time. The front desk staff are Professional, courteous, respectful, and genuinely friendly. This hotel rates above others merely because of their phenomenal staff! You excel at your job Garrett!

Wonderful Front Desk Staff, quiet clean rooms The front desk staff were an absolute joy to work with, very petsjnable, respectful, and talked to me like w we had known each other for years.
