Worst hotel stay in a long time. When making the reservations we specificaly asked if there was a pool as we have kids that wanted to swim. We were told yes. Upon arrival we found out the pool had been broken for a long time with no known timeframe for repairs. No one cleaned our room during our 4 day stay. We had to ask for clean towels. The free breakfast consisted of apples and instant oatmeal. That was all. The first day we went for breakfast there was 2 apples and 3 packs of instant oatmeal. THAT WAS ALL. Rude staff They didn't really want us to have breakfast. Gave my wife dirty looks each time she got some food for our kids. Waited until they thought we were done before they stocked the meager food trays.

DONT STAY EVEN FOR ONE NIGHT To whom this may concern, I wanted to share my recent experience with Extended Stay America in Fairbanks Alaska. To use a few words to describe my recent stay I would use dirty, over prices and disappointing. Never again.... First of all there is a strip club next door. I am a single woman with children. The hotel was being worked on- smell of paint through out the building. The pool area closed. The evening front counter person was there alone- the t.v. in our room didn't work. She was nice enough to move us to a room that the t.v. did work/ considering it was 10pm. You Get What Ya' PAY For Rooms only cleaned once a week. Must go to front desk and ask for soap shampoo etc. Electronic thermostat in the room is apparently for "entertainment purposes" only as it had NO effect. "Free Breakfast" really stretches the limit of the term. Apples and oranges (no bananas). Quaker instant oatmeal packages and hot water. Coffee. Muffins. That's it. Has possibility The hotel was under renovation and all the amenitites were not available. Very dissapointed that this was not mentioned online. We booked for 5 days and only stayed 1 due to the conditions. Renovations are to be completed in May 2013

驚いたことにシーツを変えていませんでした。前の人の痕跡が残るシーツ、カバーは・・・。部屋には強い匂いがあり、お風呂の水は排水がとても悪く、メンテナンスがされていないことがうかがえます。日本人の普通の清潔感を持っている方は避けたほうがいいでしょう。空港への送迎はありません。近くにスーパーがあるのは便利です。セルフサービスの朝食は5時半には用意されていましたので、それは良かったです。りんごとベーグル、コーヒーがありました。ホテル発のオーロラツアーがありました。

WYSIWYG Tepid bath water, broken clock, all hours clientele. That said, the price was good and I was only there for the marathon (2 nights) so I got only a little less than what I expected. Great location: close to airport and university and a Fred Meyer's right next door.
