Not overly impressed Overall, this Extended Stay hotel did the trick for us, but just barely. We were able to stay in a convenient location with easy access to stores and friends and family who live locally. However, the room was way too hot, even with the thermostat turned off, and there was no way to open the windows. The swimming pool was out of order during our entire stay and the fitness room is paltry with only one treadmill and a couple of elipticals. Low price, and you get what you pay for Good location near the airport and the university, also allows pets. But the toilet was clogged when I got there and I stopped by the desk the next morning and asked them to plunge and clean the toilet. Checked out 48 hours later and it still hadn't been cleaned. Continental breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and coffee. If nothing else is more important than location and price, this is your place.

bad There was no heat in the place, tried to use the iron and and it was stained with starch and left black marks on a shirt we were ironing. Told the desk that we had no heat and they just said we know, also told them about the shirt and just said that's to bad here's another iron. they didn't seem to care. would never stay there again

Horrible once again I have stayed at this hotel three times now because there are few hotels that allow pets and unfortunately I am here for work and have no place to keep my dog. I am a very clean person and this hotel is grossly dirty! My first stay I stayed for three weeks plus and after calling and asking 5 different times throughout my stay if somebody could please clean my room and leave me some clean towels they did it once. They won't clean your room unless you ask and even then they will tell you they will get to it... read more

Don't go there. Friendly staff but unhelpful. Fire alarm battery was out and kept on going despite several calls. The shower curtain had what looked like vomit on it. It was cold and we asked for a blanket, but were told none was available. The heat did not go on, but we were told it would come on in due course which never did. Nuff said.

not good heater not operating no daily cleaning the room expensive breakfast :only coffee, bread, apple and small bar

OK hotel but didn't get what I payed for We payed for and booked a 2 queen bed room and ended up getting one single queen bed and when we asked to switch they said they were full for a week. They weren't understanding that we had booked 2 queen beds and they should have never gave us they one bed room. Overall it was not a very pleasant stay.
