Extremely Disappointed Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Room was dark and dingy and I did not want to take my socks off and would not have stayed if I had not pre-paid for room. Extremely disappointed that I was right across the street from "Show Girls"; heard people and car doors slamming off and on through out night. All the above definitely made for a fitful and sleepless night. Would not recommonend this hotel what so ever.

Stay Away From This Hotel Only has maid service once per week (was not mentioned at reservation or at check-in). Could not get a ride from or to the airport up arrival.

updating needed This could be an ok place to stay. As long as your expectations aren't too high. The breakfast skip it, not much there and it was stale. The beds in our room were worn out and one partial broken. The complimnetary shuttle is not offered. I did contact hotel's main site when I returned they said it's better to contact the hotel directly.

Wifi Scam and Filthy carpets with drunks in lobby! This place is NOT for families or business travelers. You get charged 4.99 for wifi and find out its way to slow and then they EXTORT another 3 bucks for supposed faster speed. It took 5 mins just for the Hotels.com page to load up!! Carpets were all heavily stained and the drunks accosting hotel guests in the lobby were a nice touch!!! Need a major renovation This use to be an average place to stay, it has gone downhill. Hot tub and pool were out of order. The rooms are depressing, there was one fork one knife and not much more. The beds are worn out and the staff would rather be somewhere else. I recommed you be somewhere else also.

Extended stay - Fairbanks, AK This was not the quality of other Extended Stay motels. The recliner in the room was broken. Location across from a Show Girls business. Fire alarm went off at 6:15 AM. Firemen could not find the cause of it, It is next door to a wooden bowl place that is really neat. People at the desk were helpful. However, we had asked for a wake up call that we never received.

Awful Awful Awful The room was filthy and the bathroom was especially bad. I requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking one when I complained I was told that there no other rooms left. Overpriced and filthy I am not sure if anyone would be a repeat customer I would not stay again and would drive to another town if there were no other hotels available!

Worst Hotel EVER!!!! I will never stay at this hotel again, it was dirty, and falsley advertised!!!!! For the price go somewhere NICE!!!
