Disappointing When we checked in we were told there will be no house keeping because we are staying for only 7 days. If you want housekeeping you have to pay extra. Sheets, towels, and washcloths were dingy and stained. Most of the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and slow. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help us at the front desk and if I would have known they were out front smoking I would have grabbed them. Arrive Early Upon arrival, found that my room had been given away despite the fact that I had given them a call earlier in the evening confirming my late arrival. Was first offered a smoking room. Pon stating that I insisted on non-smoking, was given a handicap room, upon signing in, found that the rate was more than I had prepaid. Was told that it would be taken care of, but then, a few minutes later, I was asked to call Hotels.com with my conformation number so the mess could be straighten out. What a waste. This place used to be nice; now it's overrun by "lowlife" who've brought their dogs. It's turned into a "flophouse." I stayed here for 4 days, on business, and the internet was down for 3 of those days. Another problem; the dog owners turned the South entrance into a cesspool. Dog do was EVERYWHERE!!! With Spring Breakup upon us, everyone using the South entrance was walking through a "bacterial lake" and tracking it back to their rooms. 2nd choice This should be your 2nd choice hotel. Rooms decent. Amenities misleading. If you're planning free hotel shuttle. Call to confirm they'll pick you up . I arrived at 10:30 pm and had to take a cab (which after insisting) they reimbursed. The continental was really a bird feeding event. Very poor. Pool is also bird size but kid will have fun. No hot pool although listed in pool picture. Again, this is a 2nd choice hotel for what you pay.

Dirty Lobby area very dirty! Their idea of a breakfast sucks , electrical room still has fan propping door open, smells like garbage. Never again!

Almost anywhere else would be better change beds, provided clean linens, etc. on day 5 of our stay. I checked to verify this at front desk the day before the promesed date only to be told that no one would be coming until our checkout for this. After some discussion they agreed to honour the check in date agreement.
