ZERO STARS I stood outside for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell, just to be let in by another guest and waited another 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When the lady did show up she was still wearing her noise cancelling headphones and told me it was my fault for not calling a phone number that was ONLY posted inside the lobby. I never got to check into my room and I am still fighting the hotel to get a refund. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or another of its chain locations again.
Room has a weird smell to it I had to open the windows to air it out. There was also a dead roach in the room. It was a good price but I will never come here again.

My room had roaches dead and alive and I don’t think I deserve to have to pay for that. Left the room at 7:15 that morning because it was unclean for me and my family.

Room was awful. Had a smell that i can't identify. smoke detectors were hanging from the wires. Just a bad experience.

When we checked in the staff was abrupt. The room we were given was unmade and the furniture was moved into the kitchen. The refrigerator was pulled out into the kitchen and the bed was unmade. We had to get a different room.
