There were bed bugs in my bed. I have pictures and video if you would like to see it. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Not clean. Shredded curtains. Stained furniture. Staff were great, though. Friendly and helpful. But the stains and rips and smells. No.

Not for families, for blue collar contractors Our "non smoking" room was rank with smoke and Febreeze which I assume was their attempt to remove the smell. I checked in at 3, put my bags in the room, and left for a conference. At 8 we returned and I went straight to the front desk to get a new room. The desk agent was irritated that it took me so long to come to them. I did get a new room that smelled better but definitely not good. Room was advertised as non smoking but clearly smelt like it was smoked in and they just tried to mask the smell. Room felt dirty and unsafe. Found bugs on the floor and the smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from ceiling. We left within an hour of checking in and checked in somewhere else.

The elevator stayed broken. The hotel is dated and grungy. My room had body fluid stains on the bathroom wall. The couch arm was ripped. The room smelled bad. There was a large black spot on my sheets that I didn’t notice till I woke up. I left early. I will never stay here again
