The ratings and reviews didn’t reflect the condition of the property. It’s more of a two star and the rate was extremely high.

Convenient location when driving long distance but I have never stayed at a hotel that had a kitchenette and yet no coffee pot, no dishes, glasses, etc in the actual room. For the price we paid, I would not stay here again, didn't feel the common areas in this hotel were clean and why have a kitchen with no dishes or utensils?

Extended Stay - Fayetteville Cross Creek Mall Good central location for restaurants and easy access on and off of All American Freeway. Good size rooms. Would have been great but there were music and loud noise late into the morning hours from several rooms next to ours. The room was not comfortable and not clean. Will not be staying at this location again.

Never again EVER! The room was disgusting! Hair everywhere, someone had used a dry towel for their hands and folded back up as if Irma was never used. The fridge and stove was beyond filthy. The pull out sofa had crumbs and someone’s left behind bangle in it. The bed was full of hair and the pillows were dingy. We stayed all of 15 minute to take pictures and videos. Worn out and not that clean. Not clean smelling furniture was broken.

I was very disappointed with my stay, my room did not smell very good, and the toliet was stopped up upon us entering the room. There was dog poop in the hall way. The only reason we stayed is because the surrounding hotels were booked
