We were on the 3rd floor, elevator was broke, had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was musky and smelled awful of mildew. They had the windows open when we arrived trying to air it out. The shower did not drain, ended up giving my self and daughter a sponge bath because the tub was disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel.

Toilet ran all night, shower was clogged up, and the water took forever to get hot

Over charge I booked the at a rate of $152.54 but when i checked in they charged me $183.05

Smoke filled room, changed to a roomfor slightly s Only hotel with rooms. Now i know why. It was necessity otherwise we would have left

It was close to a lot of places but the room was very disappointing. It’s supposed to be a smoke free room but it smells like it had been smoked in. The tub was grungy looking even when it was clean and it looked like it had been patched with a waterproof silicone or sealant. Checkout was at 11am and I was getting my items ready to leave but I was questioned by cleaning staff at 10am about me leaving. I never had that happen at other hotels.

dirty room When we walked into the nonsmoking room, It stunk of cigarettes. The floors were sticky, counters were dirty. There was not a pot, plate, cup or even a spoon which were listed as being available on the web site. Bathtub had a crack in it and was flithy. we got there late after driving for 11 hours and did not have the energy to argue about the conditions. will not be staying there ever again.

There were cockroaches all over the floor when I woke up. Totally grossed out
