Scary check in but resolved! Only issue encountered was that the hotel upon checking in was not able to find the reservation using either the itinerary or confirmation number. This caused a delay in checking in. Not too happy to encounter that after traveling for a while to come to that issue. They finally found the reservation but after a little scare of what could have been disastrous if not found and unable to stay at hotel.

Not worth the price!! No-smoking facility that reeked of smoke...stuffy, hot room, terrible "breakfast!"

Okay.. but I wouldn't stay again. The staff was very nice. They let me check in early, and gave me a room by the outside door so I can easily walk my dog. But the room had no amenities at all. Not even a cup for water, and when I was looking for that cup I found roach traps under the sink! The best thing about this place was that I could bring my dog. But be aware there are no bag or garbage pales to clean up after.

Bring Your Earplugs Had to turn the heating/ac off due to the intolerable roar of the fan. As the hotel was full, they offered no solution, other than speaking with a manager who would be in at 9am the following morning.

Kinda run down. Clean enough, but when my daughter and I checked in the pull out sofa was not made up and there were no extra sheets or blankets or pillows in the room to make the bed. Had to go to front desk and have desk manager scrounge 2 floors of maid closets to find some.
terrible experience Room filthy and full of dirty laundry. Could not get correct key card made for second room. No dishes or utensils in kitchenette. Continental breakfast closed early and had no coffee. Manager promised to meet me in the morning and never showed up. B
