Family Trip The hotel was clean, rooms was nicely furnished and seemed recently updated, location was good and convenient. Draw back even though the hotel is a smoke free hotel the hall way and elevator smelled of smoke, So if the designated smoking area could be relocated that would be good, house keeping could spend a little bit more time in the common area and clean under the bed and refrigerator drawers. Unable to use continental breakfast as by 8:30 am no cups or mugs available for coffee, no edibles available at all. Poor location as close to busy xway so extremely noisy throughout entire night.

Non smoking facility yet smelled like smoke. Please reeked of smoke. Found garbage in the room under the bed and the AC didn't work well.

The stay was ok until 530 am on Sunday morning i was woken up by the fire alarm, we had to run out of the building, there was only one staff in the hotel, she investigated the alarm and told every one that it was one of the guest that fell asleep and left the hotwater running and the room filled up with hot steam. There was no breakfast, something called grab and go breakfast, cold muffins, snack bars and coffee or tea.
