Staff everything was good i really like staying here
The staff was friendly the room was clean and my husband loves his stay here there is also staff members that was very nice to my husband Robyn ,Zian ,Lilliam they accommodated him with his stay and other stuff.He wasn't aware of but he wanted to make sure he gave them a shout out
The property was clean. They charged a security charge and would not go with me to check the room together when we check out. If the room was clean we would get our money back in 7 days. I did not like that
There were used tissues and water bottles in the hallway when we got there, we had to step over them. No shampoo…the phone doesn’t work to call the front desk..the shower head needs replacement.

Basics on a Budget Room was large and quiet for the most part. Some dogs barking periodically. The grab and go breakfast was minimal so even though it says breakfast included we had to get outside breakfast each day. No housekeeping services during seven night stay. Whenever we needed towels, toilet paper, etc. we had to ask at front desk. Was worried about smells when entered and up to the room but the room was okay. If looking for budget stay it’s okay but no amenities beyond the very basics.

Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. She helped us quickly and efficiently when we got to our room and found that it had not been cleaned. Alternate room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Was a bit disquieting to see the policeman come into the lobby to address some issue but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast is very skimpy but slightly better than last visit. Location was helpful for our visit and many restaurants nearby.
