When I checked in counter tops and nightstand weren't wiped off. There were grease marks. But the biggest issue was the smell in the room It smelled like a dead rodent inside the room or the walls.

Upon entering the room, we found sticky floors. The efficiency kitchen's garbage pail under the sink was filled with the garbage left from the previous occupant. The hotel entrance was a mess. The painted concrete is in deplorable shape. Badly in need of repainting. Staff can be found outside all day sunning themselves on beach chairs---which may account for the above. The floor was pretty dirty, though the sheets were clean. Though when you got into bed, the dirt was on your feet & now your clean sheets are not clean anymore.

Room didnt have a microwave which was weird considering it had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. But it was nice anyway.
The promo was really cleaned. The problem was when the sink was turned on as well as the shower it was leaking. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Plenty sockets to charge your devices as well.
