Nice Place To Stay Excellent place, but there seems to be a slight communication problem between staff. Cleaning didnt know about my late check-out. I was told misc. bits of info like: each utensil, dish, cup, etc must be requested; you must sign in every day to internet; there is no automatic housekeeping unless you stay longer than seven days, otherwise you must requeat housekeeping; etc. Staff needs to communicate better with each other & guests.

Definitely needed an upgrade. Not dirty but very "worn". Two of the lights did not work. Front desk promised to fix the next day, which never happened. Never got the wake up calls we left on two consecutive days.

Good location They had no glasses in the rooms and no ice machine. I guess you needed to pay extra for those? Room was clean and comfortable but when I went to check out there was nobody there? I waited about 5 minutes and finally asked housekeeping who said "they went to Walmart ".

Pretty good, though not great We had reserved a room with two queen beds but at checkin were told, because of a computer problem (it's always convenient to blame the computer) only a room with two double beds was available and we'd be on a waiting list for the queen rooms because, while the rooms were empty, the computer wouldn't allow them to be booked.
